Prayer and Al-Islam book, 1st edition, signed by Muhammad Ali

I was given a book that was my grandfather's and it is a 1982 edition "Prayer and Al-Islam" book written by Imam Warithuddin Muhammad and signed by Muhammad Ali in 1986. It's in extremely good condition, no nicks or marks. It was released with no Dust-Jacket so it has none. Ali was apparantly in Louisville signing a few of these in 1986, and that is where my grandparents live. I have found several for sale copies on Ebay and Amazon listed at 250-500 dollars, but wanted to get an opinion of what to list it for from you guys.

This is what the book looks like, it isn't my copy but mine is in similar if not better condition.
