Wood wall hanging with flowers and bird print(maybe Dutch) with pic

My husband found this in our attic and we would like help finding out what it is.  I want to do some research about it, but I don't even know where to begin.  Thanks do much, it would be wonderful if someone had any information.   ;D

It is 4 ft wide and I think 2 1/2 ft tall.

The tag on the back I think was just for storage purposes.

 Love this piece!!!!  seems to have a Dutch/Flemish feel to me but wait and see what the more in the know folks have to say furniture is not my area.

Bottom is lighter than top so appears to either have been attached to something else or something has been removed from bottom part !!  Not hand painted but could have had lines pre-printed and filled in !!  Pics are not sharp enough to tell !!  I would guess from sometime in the early 30`s from overall style !!
