If you are referring to my statement when i said it was in the public domain...I did not mean the public owned it...what i meant was that if it was published online..then its viewing was in the public domain.....but...se eing as how the sue society started in the US...and it has now come to these shores, then i think, people will be more wary....

Frogpatch is correct ,, to a point !!  But there is a limiting factor,, person posting asked for help on a worldwide forum so in order to research you have to use non limiting avenues !! So as long as the pic is not for personal use or financial gain and is solely for identification,, I think its fine !!

That is correct. I was just reacting to a broad statement that anything online can be copied for personal or commercial use. It cannot. I have things taken from me and copied all the time but there is little I can do about it. They are usually overseas content mills.
