Right click on your mouse and see if it say "resize". That's it works on my program over the picture, but you can check all pictures and it will do it all it once . Hit save and resize.

Very nice jog BigWull. Can't wait to see the views and the outside. I'm sure you'll do a nice job. My cabinet doors are very similar. Good luck to you and Avril in your new home.

I'll go a little easier on the resizing........... not quite so 'compact'.  Hope you're patience is running in high gear, I'll be back from work in about 10 hours. ;)

..High gear!...I,ve been stuck in high gear since the the day we first got the keys of this house...we only had 6 weeks...to try and make it habitable...before we had to move in...i had to rip out 6 x joists from the front room..as they had dry rot...then there was the total re-wire, the plumbing...the kitchen...Avril!!.....i,ve been eating, sleeping, this house...and i,m loving it...so don,t you worry yourself about my patience levels...i,ve got the patience of a Saint.... ;D

How do I reduce the size of my pics..they are all over 5.1 mb..thats why i can,t upload them...

bigwull, click on "FILE" ..... then click "SAVE A COPY" .....  and then click "standard e-mail view" ...... and it will put the "copy" in your E-mail folder .... and then upload that copy to the forum.

Now I viewed your pictures on photobucket. And they can be uploaded to the forum from there by this process:

1. select a picture.
2. on the right of screen will be a tab "direct links", click it
3. click "direct url link" .... and it will auto  "copy" the link.
4. then go to the forum message box and "paste" the link there.
5. then "highlight" the link and "click" the Insert image tab that is underneath the "italics" tab

Now I managed to get the 1st picture's url but none of the others. here it is:

If you can copy all the urls for those pictures then you can paste them in the same post.

Oops that was close ??? ??? ???

Ah yes, "fiddle about" with Uncle Ernie/Old Keith Moon. Watch out for Cousin Kevin!

Nice fiddling about with that wee bit of kitchen as well. The counter tops are the best! Must be yank planks...:)

American Cedar...nothing like it....when I went to the sawmill 6 weeks ago...It was just to enquire about..if they had any sizeable planks that i could use as a worktop....The foreman took me into a big shed and pointed to this massive plank..that was all of 13ft long by 3ft wide and 4in thick...he told me it had been there for nigh on 6 years..it was straight and flat...he told me they could cut it down the middle...and cut it to size...all i,d have to do would be to fine machine it and sand it down and seal it...I asked "how much"..he took out a calculator and started punching buttons...I asked him if I would need a seat...when he gave me the price...he said, No....we,ll just throw a mattress on the floor when you fall"...after a minute or two...he said .."how does £240 cut and delivered sound".....i said...great...and they were good to there word...after i got home..i went online to check what other wood suppliers were charging..and..the same figures came up time after time...which was £27 per cubic foot...and there are 27 cubic feet in a cubic yard..which comes to £729 + 20% vat + deliver...so got a really good bargain....
