Can you take a clearer, closer picture. Impossible to tell at this resolution.

Have tried  E Naryesif, E Nargesif, E Naryerif, E Nargerif, E Nasyesif, and every variation thereof.  No luck.

I think this may be a one off as opposed to a mass produced item...from perhaps an artists studio....
