Please help, What is this?
« on: March 02, 2013, 04:40:37 pm »
I found this inside an old house on my grandpa's property, the house has been there for years, dating back to when the town was found... It looks really old not sure what it is or if its worth anything? Thanks  :)

Its 13" long and 6" wide, and the letter stamped in black are pretty faded but i can at least make out "Graphite" and it has what looks to be the weight limit engraved in it but i can only see that clearly with a magnifying glass.

thats big...may have to reassess my estimate,s as they were based on 8in/10in...but its definitely a Boston Lockport as the star in the middle is their symbol...
