Hmmm, I would have guessed that this is a 20th century interpretation of a 17th century sideboard.

90 pounds seems like a good price, though.

But if you're digging around in your pockets, why not just go ahead and buy the real 17th century thing? I believe Marhamchurch Antiques in England specializes in such pieces. Just a pound or two more...... ;D ;D ;D

How old it is is hard to say without looking at it more closely, there are a lot of repros out there though but it shouldn't be too difficult to tell the difference.
Did you buy it in the end?
