Heathkit table radio

Tried to make it easy to see. Does anyone know anything about these. Grandparents gave it to me when I bought my house and I'm just looking on some info on it!

Style wise,, 1960ish !!  Do you have the model number ??  Why do you call it a table radio ??  Its a Heathkit console radio phonograph or we just called them all "stereos" no matter who made it !!
