Hi, all, have just received this little fellow from a friend in Holland...he,s made of resin...but...to me he is priceless...do any of you know where he comes from. ;D..here,s a clue...the small pic is part of a bigger painting... ;D

He's from the right -hand panel of Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights" triptych.

I knew you,d get it...I first saw this little guy,43 years ago,i was reading a book about Van Akken...or Hieronimus Bosch...as he is better known..and this book was full of pics..one of which was the tryptych...then later that night i took a tab of acid...and that little guy was running all over the house... ;D..along with a good few of the other figures that are in the tryptych...Then 3 weeks ago..i learned that there was a shop in s-Hertogenbosch...that sold figures like this one...So I got in touch with a friend who i knew live near to there..and he sent me this,..he actually sent me 2...just in case one ever gets broken...

Bosch action figures!! I never thought I'd see the day. In a just world I'd have a collection of them on my Giger dining room table ;D

Not only Bosch figures...what about some Salvador Dali...and many others...see link...its also in English...

I,ve just found out that I can also get the figure that,s in the centre of the right panel,the one thats got trees for legs..and also the ear with the dagger sticking out...

I didn't know Winters painted. Looks like he partook of controlled substances as well... ;)
