Mystery makers mark

Hello,

I am trying to identify the mark on the bottom of this china/porcelain bowl, it is decorated with a red tulip pattern on the inside.  I have attached a photo.

I am hoping someone will recognize it as I have trawled the internet and not found anything similar.
