I need help identifying this piece. It's 15" diam opaque concave glass, with frame that appears to be coated dark wood. Diameter with frame 21" It's signed FTM. Anyone?

I would like to say'goofus glass due to the cold paint. but ftm is still working.glass like your's.$500.00 DOLLARS
