Anyone know what this blade is. Bayonet, dagger or just fake crap?

Does anyone know what this is?
Can't find any markings.

It's 31 cm in lenght and 3 cm wide down by the holes.

It looks like an old bayonet blade to me but I am no expert in weaponry. The "blood grooves" indicate what it would be intended for.

From the two holes it does look like it had a rifle attachment !! Doesn`t look like any U.S. military I have seen !! Have you checked closely for a mark on the blade ??

I've been looking very closely all over the blade, but I can't find any markings at all.
There are some rust and time wear so it might be possible that there's some little mark hidden under it, but I don't like cleaning away time traces on objects.
Or should I in this case?

You cool little blade appears to be a dagger to me , not a bayonet , Rebecker .

It seems to be plated , pehaps in nickle , as well .

Seems just a bit 'off' to my eyes , as to being military 'issued' , esp in the 'blood-gut' channels .

No question that it's meant to do harm , though !

Perhaps WW2 era ?

Closest I found was Swedish and Turkish military !!  That would be an odd handle attachment for a dagger !!

These two holes will have been where the handle was attached,and it is what has already been said, a blood letting tool,...but i would,nt call it a dagger,as daggers normally have a tapered poinard....
