Any Advice Welcome-Rocking Horse/Motorcycle
« on: June 14, 2013, 11:11:11 am »
Hello. We have a little system here in my neighborhood where we set things out in the alley for others to take.  My neighbor found this unique hand-carved and painted rocking motorcycle.  He would like me to sell it for him but I can't find much relevant info on it being a rocking motorcycle verses a horse  :)
And of course, I have no foundational knowledge on antiques.  I believe it is antique or at least vintage.  Is there any advice on the specs on this item or how much it could be worth?
Reading some of the new user posts, I realize that all are busy.  Please know that I appreciate everyone's time and their goodness of sharing their knowledge.  Thank you.

My guess would be 1960s-70s. It looks like folk art; I've never seen another one and it may be unique.

In fit condition it may be worth $75-125, depending on where you are.

I need one of those for my future children. That's freaking awesome.
