5 1/2" tall, 6 3/4" wide at the top. 4 piece mold.

Looks like a punch bowl base. Similar to pinwheel sawtooth or buzz saw pattern

Turn it right side up !! I think its a punch bowl base !!

Yes it is a punch bowl base and it is upside down

Sometimes such pieces were sold separately ....... in such cases, the base became the top and they were called "centerpiece" bowls.

You mean they had it and you just bought half
