1992 USA Nissan 240SX LE What is it called in the UK?

I caught the very end of a restoration show that originated in the UK. They find old cars then restore them to their former glory. They had what I swear was a car almost exactly like mine which is this 1992 Nissan 240sx.
This is mine. I have had her since 2002. It there a UK equivalent?

if there are any...they,ll most likely be in the scrap yard.....old Nissans did,nt fare well over here.....they rusted before your eyes....

I know the 70s models did..I think Japan used old scrape to build them back then. Right now they are huge here with young guys. They lower them put a loud muffler on them and call them drifters
We don't get any snow and they don't have to salt the roads a car here can last 200-300K without  if you take care of them

I think it was simply the 200SX in Europe. The tuner car scene isn't as popular in South County, as us locals call it, but if you go north 30 miles, it's a very big scene. I sell auto parts and have a few customers that do the wild engine swaps in their little rice burners. Not my cup of tea (I like cubic inches), but I respect it. It's a new generation building custom hot rods.

 My generation had the 68-71 muscle cars. I don't think anyone could afford to run those anymore.
Here the 240s are really becoming popular but they aren't looking for the convertibles to modify

I was born a bit later than the muscle car era, and technically I should be into the tuner car thing, but it was never for me. I remember bellyaching loudly when gas spiked up to $2.30 a gallon, and I was commuting in the 1966 Lincoln Continental. I could not even imagine trying to feed that 462 with the 5,000 pound car wrapped around it.

I did see some pictures of a 240SX with a Corvette LS1 in it the other day. That would be a my kind of rice burner!

This is the car that the husband has always wanted.  It's even in the right colour, the blue not red & black, although he would take BRG too!    GG

My husband says it's worth about $60,000. This guy has had this car for a very long time. Really sharp car.
