I do! My neighbor just told me he could do the install a couple of weeks ago, so I have someone who can plumb it now. Then I will have to learn to install tile. I gave up on the wooden counter idea and opted to go for cobalt blue/white Mexican tile.

wonders will never cease......if i saw this lying in a skip....it would still be there.... ::)

I don't know what this means.  My apologies.
no need to apologise....just be thankful its over there..and not over here.....or else you would,nt be able to give it away....

Ah I understand, haha.  To be honest, I actually agree.  While I appreciate the for what they are and love knowing it was made here in my home state 100 years ago... There's a reason we updated :)

If I'd known that I would have had you stuff a couple into a homeward bound suitcase a month back.  ;)

I don't know if any of you watch the HBO series True Blood, but Sookie Stackhouse has a wonderful farmhouse sink in her kitchen, very much like... is it OK to call you "Smelly"? They use a lot of actual houses to shoot the series rather than shooting on a set. This is Sookie's kitchen:

We had a single drain board one growing up. Two generations of little ones had their evening bath in that sink. That drain board (and my inattention) caused the demise of a lovely Limoges serving platter one Christmas. It was a sad day when mom and dad 'upgraded' to shiny s**t.

I've been using a double for nearly 40 years and still curse it......never enough room and a pain to keep looking clean.  Give me good old white porcelain and memories any day.  ;)
