Let me first thing everyone for their input on this item. I recently came across this piece and cannot figure out what it is! it looks like some type of a gardening tool or seeder of some sort. Maybe some type of Fire starter tool for charcoal or something. I'm not too certain? All I know is it has that barrel that has holes at the bottom of it with a disc that rotates which would allow something the fall through that triangular piece which then goes into the bottom opening. But I have no idea what it is.nOn the handle you could see where it used to say something, all i can see is "Standard No"and then I can't make out the last part or what it said above it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
