creamer and sugar bowl
« on: August 01, 2013, 11:53:55 am »
Recently picked these items up at auction.  I have been doing some research but i have not been able to find out much.  I could also be wrong and they are not a sugar bowl and creamer.  All i have been able to find out so far is that they were made from cooper bros & sons.  I've yet to find a match anywhere that would tell me when it was, style reference number, or anything else.  Is anyone here able to help me?

http://www.925-1000.dk/dlSheffield.html

This page tells the date letters and corresponding year for Sheffield plate !!  Look for a letter,, the number is more likely a size or style number !!

Cant find anywhere that dates according to the mark they used !!  Best I can figure on this early 20th century !! I would say between 1900 and about 1920 give or take a few years !!  Silverplate doesn`t sell well and this set would be around $30. !!

Thanks again mart but that list is for silver. Both have EP stamped on the bottom so they are both plated not silver

You'll only find date letters for one of the bigger companies. That isn't one and it doesn't have a date letter.

Might be Edwin Blyde, 1900-1910.
