Wow that's a long address but was looking at one inventor and found this ad for similar made vacuum cleaners. Yours is missing the hose !! You might check and see if you can find it !!  Hope it shows correctly !!

Are there any markings on it any where?  How does it operate?

If you look beside the picture of the vacuum you can see the stick I have the same one with mine which makes me think its a vacuum

that sure looks the same as yours...and it does say vacuum....are you getting this Mart...V.A.C.U.U.M.
