The first 2 are ceramic. planters?

Is the first one upside down or is it missing something !! If a planter,, where does the plant go ??   Second is just a hanging planter !!

The metal objects look like meat skewers to me but it's not clear how long they are.

About 4 1/2 feet tall ??  Bottom set looks like what you use to rope off an area !! Rope lays in that little slot on top ?? Not sure about others but that's my best guess !!
