By the way, for future reference, those circular characters carved near the base are Shou, often seen on marriage gifts and such. Very common to see them on ginger jars and vases. It's for longevity, good health and all that. You'll sometimes see carvings of a smiling old man with a long staff, sometimes a peach in one hand. This is Shou Lao, the god of long life.
These tables are quite common and yours is not particularly old.
