Bernard Picture Company Print

We picked up this print about a month ago (I'm slow in posting) and wondering how old it may be. I did a search of the Bernard Picture Company of New York and it seems that they were still in business in 2011. The name of the print is 'The Happy Moment'. The back of the frame is covered with old brown paper. On the bottom left of the print are the numbers 1218-31. Here are some photos. Any help would be appreciated as to the possible year of this item.

Vintage maybe, but not antique. I'd guess 1960s.

Thanks, didn't figure it as an antique, we were just curious about when it was possibly made.
