Old mail-lady figurine

I found this in my attic. I remember it being in my grandmother house, my dad tells me sho brought it from Germany. Thats about all I know, that and the fact there is no marking as far as I can see.

Your piece was hand-carved and hand-painted from the Heinzeller studio of Oberammergau, Bavaria, Germany. A firm of wood sculptors founded by the brothers Hans and Adolph Heinzeller.  Beautiful workmanship & Detail.

wendy177, I have seen pieces over the years have stickers on them...and of course, over time they are removed or fall off.

I have some wooden items not marked.  But I generally collect ANRI wooden figurines that have markings and/or the metal seal.
