Antique Olive Fork?

Could use a little help identifying anything about this small fork. Any info would be appreciated.

When you say small, how small is it?

Are there any markings at all on it?

The pics are a little blurred when you zoom in ... can you describe it a little, especially what form the handle takes with the stones ?

The box I found it in. Researched the name for hours didn't find anything about H Stern making silverware.

Marking on the back is small looks like 3 numbers. 3-4 inches long is what it looks like in size.

With the tines pointing out it is most likely a lemon fork!

I would ask that you post a picture of the mark.  If you note the spoons that are currently being sold by HStern are not Sterling Silver and are noted as only having some silver content.

Brazil is noted for having several forms of Brazilian Silver that aren't silver at all but only have the appearance of silver.
