Need textile identification help

I got this tonight.  A large embroidery textile with U.S. Eagles.  Repeat pattern.  Looks hand stitched.  Trying to figure out time period and anything else.  TY

Looks like 1970`s pattern !! When Harvest Gold was popular!!   This pattern is almost identical to the fabric many used as chair covering !! Like dining chairs !!
