All three of these items were bought together. The ends on the anchor looking end of the tool have some wear like they have struck something. The other end has a weird shaped blade on it though. I don't really want to scrub on it at all but my Dad tells me he thinks the circles have a gold inlay in them. It has brass bands going around it in two spots. The other "pick" looking item has some wear on the tip. I'd be willing to believe the story on it being a tamper. But not 100% positive. The anchor shaped tool is really hard to place.
