Chalk drawing

This is also a mystery who made it . Chalk drawing and signed but no idea who and when made . Seen these kind off drawing somewhere in art sites like the way the people on it drawn . But my memory is fading I think so who give some advice ?

What is the size ?? Looks like a charcoal sketch that is a preparatory work for a later oil painting !!  Many times an artist will rough in a sketch like this and later do the actual painting !! Have no idea about the sig.,,too smudged to tell the letters !!

Size is about 60x80 centimetres so big drawing . But signed and mostly a study or before the oil drawing is not getting signed by artists most off the time . So must a ready drawing like this think  .  So church somewhere and made by artist on the street somewhere ?
