Oak tall boy from 1920s?

We have a tall boy dresser from the 1920s or perhaps earlier. It belonged to my grandfather.  We had it restored but are not using it anymore. What might be a reasonable asking price for it?  It is rustic and I think made of oak.

It is indeed oak....but those knobs...aargh,....they drag it down....on this side of the pond...i,d be buying that for firewood,.....change those knobs, and you might get £40/£50+.....leave it as is....you,ll be lucky to see £20

Oak it is. In the midwestern U.S. you might get $150 or so, depending on where you are.

Thanks everyone for your quick responses.  I agree about the knobs. I was really disappointed when the restorer put those ugly knobs on. The original, btw did have glass knobs, but they were smaller and fluted and clearly from the era.

I would always remove pulls from anything you have restored !!

I would have asked for them back! You know they sell older knobs/pieces for people who want to restore to original!!!

You know, I did ask for them back, and the guy said he threw them out.  I seriously doubt it because they were in great condition.  I suspect he sold them to someone else.  Live and learn...

At the moment,,,rain, rain, rain !!  Front stalled out so our temps stayed at 35 degrees !! But tonight its expected to be 26 degrees and then its going to get cold !! 
Same old stuff here !! Good luck in the job hunt !! If you can`t find anything in CA !! There is always Texas !!
