I think it sounds good !! Especially if put in a pie crust and baked,,whipped cream on top !! Certainly a different dessert !!
LOL!!....you crack me up.....a pie crust.....get away with ya...the proper way..is to put the mix into a wet cloth thats been doused wi flour, bring the corners of the cloth up and tie with string, allowing a little room for expansion....then put it into a big pot of boiling water with an upturned plate on the bottom of the pot, and simmer for 2.1/2 hours,...then take it out, untie the string,...up end the dumpling onto a plate, and put it into a warm oven to dry off.....the result will be a dumpling with a sweat leathery skin....that can be sliced when cold......mine,s rarely reach that stage,....
