My antique vase
« on: December 09, 2013, 02:34:41 pm »
Hi. I inherited my great grandmothers antique vase. Its large and  beautiful medium blue with (what I am told) a 24 karat gold peacock and leaves on it with 24 karat gold rim on the top and bottom of the vase. There isn't any numbers or any writing on it at all but I would really like to know the value of it. It's the only thing I got from my grandmother when she passed away and it means a lot to me. If it is worth anything I plan on placing it somewhere where it won't be touched or broken. I thought about putting it on a shelf but if its worth a lot then I won't. I have 2 boys that like to rough house too much and I don't want to take the chance of one of them breaking it.
