Avoid class action and try the attorney general.  Class action almost always ends in you getting very little and the lawyers making big bucks.

I have filed  a formal complaint with the Attorney Generals office, I have also contacted  investigative reporter Hank Phillippi Ryan 7 news WHDH. icedgold10 Money is not what I am looking for so I could care less if Lawyers get a ton I want a NEW outdoor wood boiler that will be problem free for way more than five years!  This is the email I just received that my dealer (Crystal Rock Farm Oakham ,Mass  Eliot) sent the home office. As  Central boiler (Wayne)  emailed me to contact my dealer HA HA  -

Wayne,

Why don't you do what you said you'd do today on the phone and email Wendy your response.? The email below is not what you
said you'd do.

Eliot

This is the email below from Wayne  HA HA

Hi Wendy,

We have been in contact with your dealer, Crystal Rock Farms, to provide warranty coverage for your furnace. To proceed with receiving warranty coverage for your furnace, please contact your dealer.

Thank you,

Just spoke with my dealer and he stated Central Boiler was going to offer me a rebuilt outdoor boiler for $2,200.00 plus $250.00 shipping. So for $2,450.00 I can have someone else's problem that central boiler rebuilt, So I would have spent over $14,450.00 in 5 years not including the price of about 12 cord PER YEAR  for 5 years!! It would have been much much cheaper to heat with oil for those five years! The whole point to buying this was to save my family money!

You would have better off going solar. That's another expense, but worth it.

I am so sorry for all of your headaches going on with this.  What happened to companies standing behind their warranties?  And people/businesses of integrity?!

Praying for quick and TOTAL resolution for you!!!!

Just like the expose' they had on the Carnival ship that had a fire on it.  as per CNN: The company also points out to the passengers suing to read the fine print on their tickets, which says the cruise line never promised a safe trip. Carnival's court filing says the contract that passengers agree to when they buy a ticket "makes absolutely no guarantee for safe passage, a seaworthy vessel, adequate and wholesome food, and sanitary and safe living conditions."

KC,

I saw that piece, too. What ever happened to an "implied warranty"? Geesh!

does,nt matter where you take a holiday....shit can happen....and anyway.....i thought holidays were meant to be one big adventure......like the time Avril and I took a late night ferry from England to Holland..we arrived in Holland at 12.30am,...could,nt find accomadation,so we decided to hit the road to Southern Germany....after 3/4hours my driving was becoming erratic and we decided to pull over at the next rest stop....after another 10km....we were able to pull over,...it was still dark, so we decided just to sleep in the car..rather than try to pitch our tent...We were rudely awoken at 6.30am...by a bewildered and irate bunch of Germans...who rattled off a string of ...whatevers whilst pointing to a sign.....Ausfahrt.. ....i got out of the car, and found that i was blocking the exit to the rest stop....and there was a queue..of around 20 cars all waiting to exit from a roadside Motel that was situated not far behind us....we then spotted a little cafe 10 metres away, and moved the car to there,...we both felt like shit,....and longed for a nice hot shower and a hearty breakfast...on entering we looked at the days notice board and right at the top was,Hot Bad.mit Douche,5euro,s....Fruhstuck,5euros....we both looked at one another, and thought yipeee...we,ve hit the jackpot....That was the start of one of the most memorable holidays Avril and I had....we toured Germany and the Czech R,for a month...sometimes in guest house,s hostels, tents....and fro the 16th of June till the 19th July of that year we never saw or felt rain...it was average 30degC...everyday.. ..there was two nights where we had a heat storm....lighning for 5/6hours ....but no rain....it was weird.....but very enjoyable.....
I make no excuses,and no apologies....but i like a good Malt,

Lucky you were in Germany not here when you were blocking the way.  People here are so uptight they would have pushed your car off a cliff.  Someday I hope to visit Germany and Italy.  I look at pictures a lot and must go there sometime.

LOL sugarcube5419!  Yep...they want to get to food first!!!  I also grew up hearing that if they charged money for seating...the ones in the very back would sell first and should be sold for the highest rate!  LOL

I think the closest i came to losing one of them....was in 2000 when the engine of my Suzuki GSX1100F...blew up whilst i was riding on the Autobahn between Hamburg and Berlin,I was with some German bikers, that i,d met on the ferry crossing fom Newcastle to Hamburg,we were riding at speeds,...in excess of 135mph....All of a sudden,my bike started to slide,it went over on one side and my right knee touched the road, and the bike slewed round 90degs and i was all over the place,my rear tyre was covered in oil,as were my leather jeans and boots,...i hung on thinking this is it....i,m going to die here,....I slewed accross 3 lanes of the highway expecting to be hit by a truck or something....but, miraculously i got to the hard shoulder without being hit,
When i eventually came to a standstill...my first thoughts were..."the drain plug had come off,....but it had,nt,I re-started the bike, but it just blew blue/black smoke out of the exhaust,
To cut a long story short, when i was recovered via a breakdown truck,,,back to a Hamburg motorcycle repair shop, the mechanics found that i,d blown the engine and that number 3 cylinder had no piston....it had melted and was blown out of the exhaust....The Joys of riding motorcycles"
I make no excuses,and no apologies....but i like a good Malt,
