They'd need to be fairly important or a large choir etc to perform The Seven Last Words
The place the record was pressed / recorded was also the offices for Broadcasting Magazine.
It was recorded at Christmas 1958 so was possibly intended for radio broadcast as part of the Christmas programme.
There are archives and databases online for that company during this period, Gerspee, so if you really want to know who performed it, google the title of the record and / or the address with dates for December 1958 / January 1959
Also, there's a chance a real enthusiast will know the recording so it may pay to ask on a relevant forum, particularly Haydn or Dubois related.
For instance, a quick Google tells me the Bethel College Concert Choir were performing this in 1958 and were conducted by Walter Hohmann and James Bixel. They known as The Mennonite Singers for a time and performed this on the radio in 1958.
It's possible but you might have to dig around.
