just a thought,are you looking in the right place,..left hand side of main screen,where you see our user names and avatars....mines being a pic of me with an English Bulldog....just below is applaud /smite....

I honestly think we are both new users and may not be allow to give the karma points yet. I haven't got any karma points myself, so it may be also the reason... Sorry :(

Not sure,, Tales would know,, but you may have to have a certain number of posts before you can give Karma points !!  Not sure though !!
