I picked this up yesterday,at our local charity shop...it a pewter goblet from Wurzburg,..i got it cheap,£2 ..or $3.20....it was,nt until i got home that i noticed that it had been a gift to someone in the past, as it has an engraving in Old English text around the rim which reads,
