but all served during WWII
There's Aleksandr Petrovich Volkov, who served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Communist Party in Moscow 08 Sep 1952 - 25 Jun 1956 but i think he was born in 1910 as he also co-wrote a book. He died 1990.
The value in this book is all in the text and seeing as the original poster has asked the same question on a Russian antique forum, i'm guessing he can read the text.
