Sorry about that,, tried to move a pic from my email and it didn`t work !! Let me find one that will !! Tried to delete that but that didn`t work either !!  Ok finally figured out how to remove a post !!

For a piece probably dating back to 1900 I would hate to see it remodeled into a bar. There are bars and there are pianos, but they both need to be relative to each other. I can't look at an old upright without recalling a few lines of the Shooting of Dan McGrew by Robert Service.

Her plan was to sell it Rauville but trying to find someone that will buy it and move it may be a trick !!  I would try that first !!  But if you are stuck with something you don`t want and can`t use,, there should be options that will make it useful for you !!
