Swiss Music Box
« on: February 17, 2014, 03:39:53 pm »
Hi -  I am hoping that someone could advise me of the approximate value (realize that condition plays a large part - and I would place it in the FAIR category) of this 8 song Swiss music box.

Thank you!

I was thinking of this post. As I look the insides are different, but if I remember there's some great info in this post.

Search "large cylinder music box" for more information.

How does it run?

Looks like curly maple burl on the lid interior. It's missing its song placard. What songs does it play?

With the limited information provided, it may be worth in the lower hundred$ U.S.
