any help identifying a china cabinet?

hi, i have some pics here of two different items. they're my moms, and were my grandmothers before that. my moms in her 60s now and looking to move into a lower maintenance apartment, so if anyone has any advice on how much she should ask for these when she sells them, it'd be appreciated.  thanks

Those are two pics of the same hutch,,,just different views !! Its a nice little Jacobean Revival hutch most likely around 1920`s !! Who has the moss rose sitting on the top of it ??

The first is a depression era china cabinet, c1930's, the second is the matching buffet.  You don't say where you are located, these things sell good in some areas, & in my area, you can't give them away right now.  I used to sell the china cabinets 10 years ago for $600, now I wouldn't bring one in the shop, the buffet have never been good sellers for me.  But that could just be where I am.  Once you give us some idea of locale, I'm sure others will chime in to help you.  GG

Jacobean Revival sadly does not bring much anywhere !!  Maybe $350. for both in my area !!

I love the Moss Rose china !! It was popular 30`s and 40`s then made a comeback in the 60`s and early 70`s !! I have a few pieces myself !! Several mfrs made variations of this pattern !! No huge value but I still like it !!

I still love this furniture!

I really love these old cabinets in this style.  Reason why?  We inherited a old/rare family player piano with LOTS of original rolls.  It is REALLY REALLY REALLY hard to find the antique roll cabinets and these cabinets are a great runner up to hold them!

There are always new uses for old things !! Depending on how the bottom is done could even add a shelf that pulls out and use it for a bar without changing anything !! Only take a few screws and the metal runners,,perhaps a short piece of wood if the shelf is low !! Bottles on both sides,,glasses on upper shelf,,just slide the center mixing area out !!  Slide it back in and shut door,,still looks the same !!
