Hello, I have no idea what the writing says. The box is certainly quite new, as daxu said already. For some information on a somehow similar box have a look at the gotheborg.com site, under Q&A, Erotica on Chinese Porcelain. The box there is of better quality, yours has printed decoration, I think.
