tonite you can't get near it

I know this isn't about antiques, but I am in shock today that this happened a block from home

Maple Grove Police Search Home of Amy Sue Pagnac, Missing Since 1989

the community has rallied for this family since 1989 when their daughter went missing.  The family lives a block from me, I walk the park next to their house twice a day

they are digging up their yard looking for a body

its just I never thought that way--I hope they don't find her there.  Its made national news.   Thanks mart for letting me know the link doesn't work

the neighborhood is just transfixed on this, many like me have lived in the same houses and remember it like it happened yesterday

so far there is nothing new

if/when I'll let you know if you don't all see it on the news.

I know a family needs closure.  But hope she wasn't buried in her yard for all these years.  :(

I sure hope it wasn't the stepfather. A mother's worst nightmare.

the neighborhood is blocked off by this still, they have been working on it 24 hrs a day-yesterday a man came down the road from the opposite direction and had a heart attack in his car and died, cops and crews moved from the one location to try to save him.

to say the least-this neighborhood is changed forever, we're not a big city feel - or are we?

no news on the "digging"  ugh

well people if you would like an update to this, I'm more confused than ever.  It seems some neighbors were suspicious of the landscaping work done by these people in their back yard--

the mom is "grateful" for the publicity--we also live close to Jacob Wetterling and Amy's mom has tried over the years to get more attention to her daughters' case as Jacob's was broadly publicized ...

I don't think that Amy's mom is going to find closure on this=

and they definitely found no body in the back yard..

on memorial weekend.

you're right mart

there were three -- one is alive and its the first time he has spoken out, the public was not aware until just recently.

the other two--jacob wetterling and amy pagnac--still missing

the landscaping work according to the mom was done before amy went missing..

it's a never ending circle of doubt-

What they obviously forgot to add is that the work we did was in 1993 and Amy went missing in 1989!
