Hello everyone.
A family member recently asked me if I could look into some old magazines for them and find out if they had any value. I went ahead and told them yes, thinking it would be easy to just find all the info on the internet and see what other copies have sold for if they have any value at all. Yeah most of you probably thought I was being pretty stupid. It should come as no surprise but...
I have no idea what I'm doing!
I have learned very little about these "propaganda journals" other than the fact that they exist. I have found a few auctions that suggest they might worth some money (even if it's only in a very limited market), but they were all from the same guy, and all were either full lots of many issues, or issues we do not have. I have found absolutely nothing about the issues we have. No discussions, no sales, auctions, no pictures, not even a mention of the names.
We have 1934 issues 1, 7-8, and 12, and 1936 issue 9. I have only managed to find 1934 issue 2 and 1935 issues.
She says she has already called around antique shops she thought might know something or be interested (neither of us know anything about antiques), and every one of them frankly told her they've never heard of and have no interest in these magazines.
I haven't the slightest clue of how to find someone who would know what we're dealing with and I don't know where to start looking.

I'm really sorry that my first post here is asking for help. I don't know anything about antiques and I know it's rude asking everyone for help without being able to return the favor. I'd just really like to find anyone who can clear this up for us or point us in the right direction for finding an expert.
Any and all insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
