Hi does anyone know what this is.. sorting through grandads stuff, he was a clock and watch repairer if that helps ....

What you have there is a British ring sizer. They use letters instead of numbers!

Was this with his other jewelry items?  What are the dimensions of them?

Jeweler's vise with bubble level.  These were needed to work on watches.  Might try looking for Jewelers watch or clock makers vise.

he mostly has clock making stuff im surprised by the ring sizer. I think it is something to do with watch repairs. I cant give exact dimesions atm but about 2 inches across

Yes It is a ring ruler(?). It is used by jewellers to measure the size of the fingers/rings.
