These look grey or black when sitting on a table, but reflect different colors when looked at different angles.

I'm thinking iridescent, although they look a little like carnival glass perhaps.

Imperial made a lot of iridescent glass like that.

What you have is a contemporary piece of Carnival Glass from the late 1900s.
