Veterinary syringes ?
« on: July 14, 2014, 10:23:35 am »
Having trouble dating these two pieces.
Very little information on the internet about the companies practices. TVL seems to have been bought out in 1976 and Wilcox Mofflin changed names in 1986, that's all I'm sure about haha

The font style and graphic design of the package appears to be from around the 30s.

How many cc`s does the larger one hold ?? Does it dial the cc`s to be injected ??  Doesn`t look much different from the ones we use for cattle !! Large amount is drawn then just dial the amount for each as they run through the chute !! Smaller one looks like it has an attachment for a tube,, possibly to treat ear mites !! I am guessing yours would be for sheep or goats !!

I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!
