Can someone help me identify this antique glass?

It has an applied cameo on it and has no markings.  Any information would be great.

Can you give the dimensions of the glass please?  Also, is the cameo painted or is it a porcelain or glass piece applied to the glass?

It's around 6" tall.  The cameo piece is applied on it.  I'm thinking it may be a bohemian type item.
