The L. C. & W. L. Cron Co.
« on: September 16, 2014, 03:34:48 pm »
I have a cirrassian walnut veneer 1915 bedroom set manufactured by The L. C. & W. L. Cron Co.
Would like to donate to a historical society/museum for preservation. Any suggestions?

Hi!  Welcome.  Where are you located?

Can you please post pictures of your set?
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!

They were a very successful maker of late 19th and early 20th century furniture in Piqua, Ohio. There are probably a lot of pieces out there. Here is a catalog I found on line. There is a bio and other info that can be found in a search also. As Mart said, unless there is some historical significance it may not be important enough to add to a collection.
