Just bought this wall plaque off a scenery in 3d relief made in Austria . Any idea bout age and made by what company en when ?  Thanks

I haven't seen one of ceramics but have seen plenty in carved wood.

Wondering if this is chalkware?

I believe most were made from Terracotta.
