Marble vase
« on: January 11, 2015, 08:19:40 pm »
Hello. I shopped Goodwill today. I found this heavy what looks to be marble vase. It has birds & flowers on it. There is no mark on the bottom and that is why I did not take a pic of the bottom. Does anyone know what era it could of been made or what artists like to make vases that are super heavy in a similar style? Any help would be appreciated!

Don`t know how big this one is but that's the only place I have seen them !! Of course they can also be used on decks, walkways , patio or beside the entrance to a door or porch !! The top is big enough to set a pot of flowers in like a cache pot` !!
