Oh,, you mean its stamped on the frame of the Diaz painting !! What that would tell me is the frame they bought was a "second" !! Not unusual for beginning artists to use them,, they are much cheaper than the other frames and usually come packaged in 2 or 3 per package !! I used them when I was teaching beginning artists !! You have heard the term "starving artists" haven`t you ??
They do not have a lot of money !!
