« on: June 19, 2015, 08:29:47 pm »
What this was used for or what it came from.

Compass rose and in the middle it says "Dossin Great Lakes museum Detroit". A freighter ship in picture.

As it says,, it came from the museum gift shop !! A souvenir pendant from someones visit there !!  They are specifically known for the history of the Great Lakes !! The freighter is probably one that went down years ago losing most all of the crew,, I forget the name of it !!

Cogar, now I have that song stuck in my head!
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!

KC, that is how I describe to people the effect of "depression".

It is a .... "tune stuck in their head" ...... that they can't get to stop "playing", .... and prescription medications don't solve their problem, they just "mask" the effects.

Ya gotta talk "out-loud" to yourself, ..... telling yourself to "just stop it", .... whatever it is that's "bugging" ya. ;D ;D
